These ball bearing stainless steel hinges by Zoo Hardware are suitable for commercial projects and manufacturing joiners as the hinge is supplied with radius edges / rounded corners to allow easy fitting with a router or to pre-routed doors. 

They are manufactured to Grade 13, British Standard 1935, Certifire FD30/60 - 30 and 60 minute fire rating.
