Factory-returned tools, workshop equipment, garage and automotive equipment, home appliances and garden and leisure products from Sealey, Draper, SIP, Dellonda and Baridi, priced below the same models bought new. DJM Direct is a family-run business selling refurbished stock exclusively online. Every unit is tested in the manufacturer's workshops and sold in working order, with a warranty that runs from the date of purchase and a term shown on each listing. All products are individually graded on a scale of A to E. The lower the grade, the lower the price.
Condition grading guide
| Condition | What it means |
|---|---|
| EX-D | Ex-demo or display items that may have slight cosmetic defects which do not affect performance. May have been built up. |
| REBOX | Full warranty. Sold without original packaging and supplied in a plain box. |
| XSHOW | 12 month warranty. Removed from packaging for trade shows, so may have minor scratches or marks. |
| RECN | 3 month warranty. Repaired and tested, no packaging, visible signs of use. Ideal for hire fleets or loan units. |

| A | New items with damaged or no packaging. May be assembled. |
| B | Light cosmetic damage. |
| C | Either ex-display, carrier damaged or refurbished products. |
| D | Medium use, worn parts or heavy damage. |
| E | Well used or heavy damage. |
