Every unit is fully tested by the manufacturer and sold in working order, with a warranty that runs from the date of purchase and a term shown on each listing. Condition runs from an unused item in damaged packaging through to visible signs of use, so a workshop can be fitted out for less than the new-price equivalent. All products are individually graded on a scale of A to E. The lower the grade, the lower the price.

| REBOX | Full warranty. Sold without original packaging and supplied in a plain box. |
| XSHOW | 12 month warranty. Removed from packaging for trade shows, so may have minor scratches or marks. |
| RECN | 3 month warranty. Repaired and tested, no packaging, visible signs of use. Ideal for hire fleets or loan units. |
