The SIP FIREBALL 1822 Diesel/Paraffin Infrared Heater is perfect for medium to large-sized workshop and garage spaces, providing directional heating of people, objects and surfaces rather than air for more even heat distribution and higher heating efficiency.
For increased safety, the FIREBALL 1822 has a 5-level safety function with tip-over sensor, overheat prevention sensor, flame detector, pressure detector and motor thermal protector. This enables dependable performance and added peace-of-mind when in use.
A mobile and wheel-mounted design, with stand and large handle, offers easy positioning in workspaces, while an adjustable head with radiant cone offers targeted heat output.

- POWERFUL HEATING CAPACITY FOR CONSISTENT & EFFECTIVE CONTROL: Provides 120,000BTU/hr (35.2kW) of powerful infrared heating output ideal for large-sized workshops, garages and warehouses. A 40L raised steel fuel tank with easy-to-read fuel gauge offers prolonged performance and protects it from floor damage.
- INTEGRATED THERMOSTAT DELIVERS FLEXIBLE TEMPERATURE CONTROL: A fitted LED display on the rear of the heater indicates the ambient temperature. A target temperature can be set using an infinitely variable dial. Once target temperature is reached the heater will switch off, helping to reduce wasted fuel and ensure Energy-related Products (ErP) compliance. Timed ventilation helps cooling of the heat exchanger and combustion chamber.
- ADJUSTABLE DESIGN OFFERS FLEXIBILITY & HEAT OUTPUT TARGETING: Adjustable heater head with high-quality radiant cone can move around 30° up and down for precise directional heat. The infrared cone reaches high temperature and emits heat directly to objects, people and surfaces. This allows move even heat distribution and increases overall efficiency.
- ENHANCED 5-LEVEL SAFETY FUNCTION FOR ADDED PEACE-OF-MIND: The FIREBALL 1822 is built with deflector to protect floors against damage and a 5-level safety system, including flame detector (ensures fuel is only delivered and burned when a suitable flame is present), tip-over sensor (if the heater is at an unsafe angle or at risk of tipping, the heater will shutdown), air pressure detector (checks the heater airflow level is satisfactory to perform safe combustion), overheat prevention sensor (shuts down the heater if it or the environment breaches safe operating limits) and motor thermal protector (thermal cut-off prevents motor becoming damaged if operating over safe levels).

Delivery Information
Mainland UK Delivery
We aim to dispatch all mainland UK orders for next working day delivery using a 24-hour courier service (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). To qualify for same-day dispatch, your order must be paid for before 1pm.
Please note: While we use a 24-hour delivery service, this is not guaranteed and delays can occasionally occur due to courier circumstances beyond our control.
Extended Delivery Areas & Oversized Items
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Highlands, and Remote Islands are sent via a 48-hour delivery service.
Items that are over 30kg in weight or longer than 1.2 metres will also be shipped on a 2-working-day service due to handling requirements.
Some large or heavy items are not eligible for delivery outside mainland UK or to the Highlands. We will notify you at checkout if this applies to your order.

How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Receive Your RMA Number:
We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed. -
Download the RMA Form:
Download the RMA form. Complete the form and include it with your returned item. If you're unable to download or complete the form, our customer service team is here to help. Simply give us a call or send us an email, and we'll assist you in completing the form over the phone or provide an alternative method that suits your needs. -
Prepare Your Return:
Ensure the product is in its original packaging and in good condition. -
Return the Goods:
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: We'll arrange to collect the item from you at no additional cost.
- Change of Mind or Mistakenly Ordered: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Receive Your Resolution: After we receive and inspect the item, we'll either repair, replace, or refund your purchase within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Types of Returns
1. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to reject a faulty or incorrect item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. If a fault develops within 6 months you are entitled to a repair or replacement. Should these remedies fail, you can then claim a refund.
All our factory refurbished stock is tested in the manufacturer's workshops and comes with a manufacturer-approved 6 months warranty, offering additional protection beyond your statutory rights. You may choose to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty services. However, these warranties do not replace your rights under UK consumer law, and you can still seek remedies through us as outlined above.
- Entitled to Repair or Replacement: Contact us using the general returns procedure to request a repair or replacement.
- If Repair or Replacement Fails: You may then request a refund through the same returns procedure.
2. Change of Mind or Mistakenly Ordered
If you've changed your mind or made a mistake with your order, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Follow the General Returns Procedure outlined above. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Condition of Returned Goods
To ensure a seamless return process, please return items in their original packaging to protect them during transit and maintain their resalable condition and ensure items are in good condition and free from damage beyond normal handling.
Diminished Value: You may be responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in a resalable condition.
Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase and will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.
Please note: Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
