EV/Hybrid Master Tool Kit 19pc (HVCOM1)
A complete high voltage tooling and safety package for servicing electric and hybrid vehicles, supplied as one 19 piece kit. It brings together insulated hand tools, voltage and insulation testers, personal protective equipment and exclusion zone signage, all stored in a 7 drawer push-to-open rollcab with shadow foam for custom drawer inserts.
Every insulated tool in the kit is VDE approved or insulated to the relevant British Standard, so a technician can work on high voltage systems with equipment rated for the job rather than a mix of standard workshop tools.

VDE approved hand tools
The kit includes an 8 piece VDE approved screwdriver set, a 3 piece VDE pliers set, a 7 piece insulated open-end spanner set, a 16 piece 3/8"Sq drive 6pt WallDrive VDE socket set, a 6 piece extra-long VDE hex key set and a 9 piece extra-long VDE TRX-Star key set.
Insulated torque wrench
The STW803 3/8"Sq drive torque wrench covers 12 to 60Nm and torques in both directions. It is fully insulated to BS EN IEC 60900:2018, protecting against electric shock up to 1500V DC and 1000V AC, with calibration tolerance in accordance with BS EN ISO 6789:2017. A test and calibration certificate is included.

High voltage CAT IV tester
The PPHY is a professional 2-pole voltage tester rated CAT IV 1000V for checking high voltage on electric and hybrid vehicles. It checks AC and DC supplies between 6 and 1000V DC and 24 and 1000V AC, and also handles voltage and polarity checks on car batteries and continuity testing of DC circuits.
Digital insulation tester
The TA319 is designed for testing insulation on high voltage cables and conforms to EN61010 CAT III (1000V). It is supplied with test leads, batteries and a storage case.
Protection for the technician
1kV safety gloves
A pair of HVG1000VL electrician's safety gloves rated to 1kV.
Class 2 insulating floor mat
The HVM17K02 insulating rubber safety mat measures 1 x 1m and protects the technician from electric shock when standing at the vehicle. It is independently tested and certified to offer safe protection up to 17kV AC in accordance with BS EN 61111.
High voltage rescue pole
The HRP45 rescue pole is suitable for use up to 45kV AC in dry conditions, in accordance with EN 50508. Wall mounting brackets and instructions are supplied, so it can be stored visibly and within reach of the EV bay.
A clearly marked exclusion zone
Post and chain barrier
The BYSBKIT black and yellow post and chain kit provides 25m of barrier to cordon off the vehicle during high voltage work.
Warning signage and tags
The HVSA4 high voltage warning sign is rigid 3mm plastic at 200 x 300mm, suited to marking the exclusion zone around a hybrid or electric vehicle during repair or service work. A HYBRIDSIGN warning sign and a HYBRIDTAG keyring warning tag complete the marking equipment.

The APPD7O rollcab in orange houses the kit and keeps the high voltage equipment together in one place.
Easy Peel Shadow Foam
Six sheets of Sealey Easy Peel Shadow Foam are included: three at 30mm and three at 50mm, each 1200 x 550mm in orange and black. The layered foam peels to the depth of each tool and can be cut to fit any drawer, with the bright orange base showing instantly when a tool has not been returned. Made from 100% polyethylene.

Delivery Information
Mainland UK Delivery
We aim to dispatch all mainland UK orders for next working day delivery using a 24-hour courier service (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). To qualify for same-day dispatch, your order must be paid for before 1pm.
Please note: While we use a 24-hour delivery service, this is not guaranteed and delays can occasionally occur due to courier circumstances beyond our control.
Extended Delivery Areas & Oversized Items
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Highlands, and Remote Islands are sent via a 48-hour delivery service.
Items that are over 30kg in weight or longer than 1.2 metres will also be shipped on a 2-working-day service due to handling requirements.
Some large or heavy items are not eligible for delivery outside mainland UK or to the Highlands. We will notify you at checkout if this applies to your order.

How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Receive Your RMA Number:
We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed. -
Download the RMA Form:
Download the RMA form. Complete the form and include it with your returned item. If you're unable to download or complete the form, our customer service team is here to help. Simply give us a call or send us an email, and we'll assist you in completing the form over the phone or provide an alternative method that suits your needs. -
Prepare Your Return:
Ensure the product is in its original packaging and in good condition. -
Return the Goods:
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: We'll arrange to collect the item from you at no additional cost.
- Change of Mind or Mistakenly Ordered: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Receive Your Resolution: After we receive and inspect the item, we'll either repair, replace, or refund your purchase within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Types of Returns
1. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to reject a faulty or incorrect item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. If a fault develops within 6 months you are entitled to a repair or replacement. Should these remedies fail, you can then claim a refund.
All our factory refurbished stock is tested in the manufacturer's workshops and comes with a manufacturer-approved 6 months warranty, offering additional protection beyond your statutory rights. You may choose to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty services. However, these warranties do not replace your rights under UK consumer law, and you can still seek remedies through us as outlined above.
- Entitled to Repair or Replacement: Contact us using the general returns procedure to request a repair or replacement.
- If Repair or Replacement Fails: You may then request a refund through the same returns procedure.
2. Change of Mind or Mistakenly Ordered
If you've changed your mind or made a mistake with your order, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Follow the General Returns Procedure outlined above. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Condition of Returned Goods
To ensure a seamless return process, please return items in their original packaging to protect them during transit and maintain their resalable condition and ensure items are in good condition and free from damage beyond normal handling.
Diminished Value: You may be responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in a resalable condition.
Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase and will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.
Please note: Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
