The DJM Direct Deluxe Timber Loft Ladder with insulated hatch is a 3 section folding attic ladder which requires no headroom or storage space in the loft. Draught excluder contained in casing and white trapdoor with 20mm insulation prevents loss of heat and draught. Non slip treads for extra security. Specially developed height adjustment system. Ladder assembled for easy and quick installation.

Loft Ladder Safety & Material:

The trapdoor is made of HDF plate and very robust with thickness of 20mm insulation. The spares of the 3 part ladder are made of pine, the steps are very hard beach wood. Ladder to the attic with comfort and safety a dovetail connection, this staircase is constructed in very high quality ensuring safety at every turn by the ribbed steps.
