The Dellonda DG159 is a full ceramic kamado built for low-and-slow smoking as much as high-heat grilling. The ceramic shell holds a steady 105°C for long smoking sessions without constant attention, then climbs to 485°C for direct searing or wood-fired pizza. That 380°C working range is controlled entirely through the top and bottom vents, giving you genuine kamado temperature management in a mid-market ceramic build.

Low-and-Slow Smoking Capability
Holds 105°C for up to 18 hours without constant fuel adjustment, making it well suited to pork shoulder, lamb shoulder, ribs, and cold-smoked fish. The ceramic shell stabilises temperature in a way a metal smoker cannot.
Dual-Vent Temperature Control
Top and bottom vents work together to regulate airflow and hold accurate temperatures across the full 105°C to 485°C range, from cold smoking through to high-heat searing and pizza baking.
Air-Tight Moisture Retention
The ceramic shell and air-tight construction lock in moisture during cooking, keeping meat consistently juicier than open-grill methods. This is particularly relevant during long smoking sessions where conventional grills dry food out.
Multi-Fuel Compatibility
Runs on lump charcoal, wood pellets, or untreated wood chips. Wood chips in particular add smoke character that charcoal alone does not produce, so fuel choice directly affects flavour profile.
Dual-Level Cooking Grid
47.5cm (19") cooking surface across two levels allows indirect and direct heat zones simultaneously. Hold a large joint at low heat on the upper level while finishing other food directly above the coals below.
Five Cooking Methods in One Unit
Functions as smoker, grill, oven, roaster, and searing station without additional equipment. The same unit that slow-cooks a pork shoulder or lamb shoulder overnight will sear a steak or bake a wood-fired pizza the following afternoon.
Year-Round Weather Resistance
Ceramic construction performs consistently in cold and wet conditions, unlike metal grills that lose heat rapidly in winter. Temperature behaviour is the same in February as in July, with no warm-up compensation needed.
Wheeled Stand Included
At 95kg, this kamado is not moved often. The heavy-duty castor wheels allow initial positioning on your patio or garden, with locking wheels to hold it in place once set.

Delivery Information
Mainland UK Delivery
We aim to dispatch all mainland UK orders for next working day delivery using a 24-hour courier service (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). To qualify for same-day dispatch, your order must be paid for before 1pm.
Please note: While we use a 24-hour delivery service, this is not guaranteed and delays can occasionally occur due to courier circumstances beyond our control.
Extended Delivery Areas & Oversized Items
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Highlands, and Remote Islands are sent via a 48-hour delivery service.
Items that are over 30kg in weight or longer than 1.2 metres will also be shipped on a 2-working-day service due to handling requirements.
Some large or heavy items are not eligible for delivery outside mainland UK or to the Highlands. We will notify you at checkout if this applies to your order.

How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Receive Your RMA Number:
We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed. -
Download the RMA Form:
Download the RMA form. Complete the form and include it with your returned item. If you're unable to download or complete the form, our customer service team is here to help. Simply give us a call or send us an email, and we'll assist you in completing the form over the phone or provide an alternative method that suits your needs. -
Prepare Your Return:
Ensure the product is in its original packaging and in good condition. -
Return the Goods:
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: We'll arrange to collect the item from you at no additional cost.
- Change of Mind or Mistakenly Ordered: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Receive Your Resolution: After we receive and inspect the item, we'll either repair, replace, or refund your purchase within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Types of Returns
1. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to reject a faulty or incorrect item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. If a fault develops within 6 months you are entitled to a repair or replacement. Should these remedies fail, you can then claim a refund.
All our factory refurbished stock is tested in the manufacturer's workshops and comes with a manufacturer-approved 6 months warranty, offering additional protection beyond your statutory rights. You may choose to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty services. However, these warranties do not replace your rights under UK consumer law, and you can still seek remedies through us as outlined above.
- Entitled to Repair or Replacement: Contact us using the general returns procedure to request a repair or replacement.
- If Repair or Replacement Fails: You may then request a refund through the same returns procedure.
2. Change of Mind or Mistakenly Ordered
If you've changed your mind or made a mistake with your order, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Follow the General Returns Procedure outlined above. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Condition of Returned Goods
To ensure a seamless return process, please return items in their original packaging to protect them during transit and maintain their resalable condition and ensure items are in good condition and free from damage beyond normal handling.
Diminished Value: You may be responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in a resalable condition.
Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase and will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.
Please note: Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
