Condition grading guide

Condition What it means
EX-D Ex-demo or display items that may have slight cosmetic defects which do not affect performance. May have been built up.
REBOX Full warranty. Sold without original packaging and supplied in a plain box.
XSHOW 12 month warranty. Removed from packaging for trade shows, so may have minor scratches or marks.
RECN 3 month warranty. Repaired and tested, no packaging, visible signs of use. Ideal for hire fleets or loan units.
Grade What it means
A New items with damaged or no packaging. May be assembled.
B Light cosmetic damage.
C Either ex-display, carrier damaged or refurbished products.
D Medium use, worn parts or heavy damage.
E Well used or heavy damage.
