An 18m² gazebo built for repeated outdoor use rather than occasional fair-weather appearances. The powder-coated steel frame and 260g/m² PVC-coated Oxford fabric hold up in wind and rain, and the full side wall system means it can be fully enclosed, partially open, or anything in between depending on what the occasion requires.
No tools needed for assembly, and the whole structure packs down into the included carry bag when the event is over.

Stands Up to the Weather
The frame uses powder-coated 3 x 2.5cm steel tubing, and the canopy fabric is 260g/m² PVC-coated Oxford – a noticeably heavier spec than the 150–180g/m² fabric found on lighter-duty gazebos. The result is a structure that handles rain, wind, and prolonged sun exposure without the canopy sagging or the frame flexing excessively.
Secured Against Wind Movement
Four guide ropes, four ground pegs, and four sand-fillable weight bags are all included. Using all three anchoring methods together gives the structure a much better chance of staying put in gusty conditions than guide ropes alone, and the weight bags mean it can be secured on hard surfaces where ground pegs aren't usable.
Four Side Walls with Windows and Doors
All four 420D side panels are included and fully detachable. Two feature zippered doors and two have clear windows, so the interior can be completely enclosed for weather protection and privacy, opened up for airflow and socialising, or any configuration in between. This makes a significant practical difference at markets, outdoor ceremonies, or events where weather is unpredictable.
Holds Up to 15 People and Four Tables
The 3 x 6m footprint gives 18m² of covered floor space and 305cm of standing height throughout. That's enough room for 15 people and four tables simultaneously, whether that's a seated garden party, a catering setup, or a market display with room for customers to browse.
Tool-Free Assembly by One or Two People
The pop-up frame design requires no tools and no specialist knowledge. One person can manage it, though two makes the process quicker. This matters most when setting up for events where time before guests arrive is limited, or when weather changes mean the gazebo needs to go up or come down quickly.
Carry Bag Included for Transport and Storage

Delivery Information
Mainland UK Delivery
We aim to dispatch all mainland UK orders for next working day delivery using a 24-hour courier service (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). To qualify for same-day dispatch, your order must be paid for before 1pm.
Please note: While we use a 24-hour delivery service, this is not guaranteed and delays can occasionally occur due to courier circumstances beyond our control.
Extended Delivery Areas & Oversized Items
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Highlands, and Remote Islands are sent via a 48-hour delivery service.
Items that are over 30kg in weight or longer than 1.2 metres will also be shipped on a 2-working-day service due to handling requirements.
Some large or heavy items are not eligible for delivery outside mainland UK or to the Highlands. We will notify you at checkout if this applies to your order.

How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Receive Your RMA Number:
We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed. -
Download the RMA Form:
Download the RMA form. Complete the form and include it with your returned item. If you're unable to download or complete the form, our customer service team is here to help. Simply give us a call or send us an email, and we'll assist you in completing the form over the phone or provide an alternative method that suits your needs. -
Prepare Your Return:
Ensure the product is in its original packaging and in good condition. -
Return the Goods:
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: We'll arrange to collect the item from you at no additional cost.
- Change of Mind or Mistakenly Ordered: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Receive Your Resolution: After we receive and inspect the item, we'll either repair, replace, or refund your purchase within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Types of Returns
1. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to reject a faulty or incorrect item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. If a fault develops within 6 months you are entitled to a repair or replacement. Should these remedies fail, you can then claim a refund.
All our factory refurbished stock is tested in the manufacturer's workshops and comes with a manufacturer-approved 6 months warranty, offering additional protection beyond your statutory rights. You may choose to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty services. However, these warranties do not replace your rights under UK consumer law, and you can still seek remedies through us as outlined above.
- Entitled to Repair or Replacement: Contact us using the general returns procedure to request a repair or replacement.
- If Repair or Replacement Fails: You may then request a refund through the same returns procedure.
2. Change of Mind or Mistakenly Ordered
If you've changed your mind or made a mistake with your order, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Follow the General Returns Procedure outlined above. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Condition of Returned Goods
To ensure a seamless return process, please return items in their original packaging to protect them during transit and maintain their resalable condition and ensure items are in good condition and free from damage beyond normal handling.
Diminished Value: You may be responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in a resalable condition.
Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase and will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.
Please note: Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
